1. Booking & Payments

To secure a seat or booking for any group or customized tour package, an initial booking deposit must be paid. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 15 days before the departure date.

• Group Tour Booking Deposit: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 per person depending on the route.
• Customized Tours: 50% deposit upon itinerary approval, remaining balance before departure.
• Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Cash at our registered offices.

2. Train & Air Tickets

Bholanath Tour & Travels assists in arranging train tickets (IRCTC) and flights. However, ticket availability, timings, train delays, or airline cancellations are beyond our control.

• Train tickets are subject to railway quotas and rules. We do not guarantee confirmed berths for bookings done near travel dates.
• Any price fluctuations in flight charges will be borne entirely by the client.

3. Tour Itinerary Changes

We strive to run tours exactly as described in the itinerary. However, unforeseen events such as landslides, roadblocks, weather anomalies, strikes, or political events may necessitate routing changes.

• The tour manager has the authority to change the route or sequence of sightseeing locations on the spot for safety.
• Any extra expenses incurred due to roadblocks, flight delays, landslides, or extended stays must be settled directly by the traveler.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for maintaining basic health certificates, carrying valid ID cards (Voter ID, Aadhaar, Passport) along with multiple photocopies and passport-sized photos for inner-line permits (e.g. Sikkim, Ladakh).

• Please inform us of any medical issues (e.g., breathing problems in high-altitude zones) before booking.
• Travelers are responsible for their personal luggage and valuables throughout the journey.

5. Liability Limitations

Bholanath Tour & Travels is a travel agent facilitating transport, lodging, food, and tours. We are not responsible for any personal accidents, illnesses, deaths, losses, or thefts incurred during travel. We strongly recommend all travelers purchase travel insurance before departure.
