Cancellations requests must be submitted in writing via registered email or written application at our office. The timestamp of your request determines the deduction percentages as shown below.
Standard Group Tour Cancellation Fees
For domestic packages booking cancellations, the following scale of charges will apply:

| 30 days or more before departure | 10% of total package cost |
| 15 to 29 days before departure | 25% of total package cost |
| 7 to 14 days before departure | 50% of total package cost |
| 3 to 6 days before departure | 75% of total package cost |
| Less than 72 hours before departure or No Show | 100% of total package cost (No Refund) |
Train & Flight Tickets Cancellations
Any train tickets (IRCTC) or flight tickets booked as part of your tour are subject to the cancellation and refund rules of Indian Railways and respective Airlines.
- Irrespective of Bholanath's package rules, flight cancellations can incur heavy penalties from airlines.
- A booking coordination fee of ₹500 per ticket is non-refundable in case of ticket cancellation.
- Refund processing is subject to the release of funds from airlines and railways, which may take 7-14 banking days.
Refund Processing Methods
Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) or Account Payee Cheque within 10 to 15 business days after the cancellation registration. Under no circumstances will cash refunds be handed over on-the-spot.
Cancellation by Bholanath Tour & Travels
In rare instances where Bholanath Tour & Travels cancels a group tour (due to insufficient passengers or extreme force majeure safety hazards), 100% of the tour amount paid by the client will be refunded without any deduction. However, we are not liable for any secondary airfares, personal purchases, or visa fees.
