Day 1: NJP Pickup & Transfer to Sillery Gaon – Silent Valley Welcome
Upon arrival at New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway Station, receive a warm welcome from our Bholanath Tour & Travels team. Board your dedicated reserved vehicle for a scenic mountain journey to Sillery Gaon (known as the Village of Silence in pedong valley). Check into homestay. Enjoy panoramic pine forest surroundings and views of Mt. Kanchenjunga. Evening tea with snacks. Delicious dinner served at homestay. Overnight stay at Sillery Gaon.
Day 2: Sillery Gaon to Aritar – Rishikhola River, Temple & Lampokhri Lake
Wake up to fresh crisp mountain air and enjoy breakfast. Depart for Aritar. En-route visit Rishikhola river valley, sacred Siddhi Vinayak Mandir, and emerald Lampokhri Lake (Aritar Lake – one of the oldest natural lakes in Sikkim featuring paddle boating). Check into homestay in Aritar. Afternoon at leisure exploring Mankim viewpoint trails. Evening tea, dinner, and overnight stay at Aritar.
Day 3: Aritar to Phadamchen – Mankim Monastery, Rongli & Waterfalls
After breakfast, proceed to Mankim View Point for breathtaking 360-degree views of Kanchenjunga peaks and Lampokhri lake below. Visit Mankim Monastery, Rongli Bazar (for Silk Route permit verification), and thundering Qua Khola Waterfall. Arrive at scenic Phadamchen homestay surrounded by dense alpine forests. Dinner and overnight stay at Phadamchen.
Day 4: Silk Route High Altitude Pass to Gangtok – Zuluk, Nathang & Changu Lake
After breakfast, embark on the highlight drive of the tour along the ancient Silk Route trade road. Pass through Zuluk zig-zag mountain loops, Thambi View Point (3-tier loops view), high-altitude Nathang Valley, Kupup (Gnathang), Old Baba Mandir, Elephant Lake (Hathi Lake), sacred Tsomgo Lake (Changu Lake) and New Baba Mandir. Descend down to Gangtok city. Check into your hotel. Evening free to explore MG Marg Gangtok. Dinner and overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 5: Gangtok to NJP Station Departure
Enjoy a wholesome breakfast at Gangtok hotel. Check out and board vehicle for downhill transfer along the Teesta River back to New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway Station with sweet, unerasable mountain memories of Sikkim.
