Day 1: ARRIVAL IN LEH | AIRPORT PICKUP & FULL DAY ACCLIMATIZATION
Welcome to Leh, Ladakh! Meet our representative at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport, Leh. Transfer to hotel, check in, and spend the full day resting for high-altitude acclimatization. Evening walk around Leh Local Market. Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 2: LEH LOCAL SIGHTSEEING | SHANTI STUPA & MAGNETIC HILL
After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing visiting Hall of Fame, Magnetic Hill, Sangam (Confluence of Indus and Zanskar Rivers), and Gurudwara Pathar Sahib. Evening sunset at Shanti Stupa. Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 3: LEH TO NUBRA VALLEY VIA KHARDUNG LA PASS
Drive across the world-famous Khardung La Pass (17,582 ft) to enter Nubra Valley. Visit Diskit Monastery and huge Maitreya Buddha statue. Arrive Hunder for a camel ride over white sand dunes. Overnight stay in Nubra Valley camp/hotel.
Day 4: NUBRA VALLEY TO PANGONG LAKE VIA SHYOK VALLEY
After breakfast, drive along the scenic Shyok River route towards Pangong Tso Lake (13,940 ft). Marvel at the majestic blue water lake changing colors with the sun. Overnight stay in Pangong lakefront camp.
Day 5: PANGONG LAKE SUNRISE & RETURN TO LEH VIA CHANG LA PASS
Witness an unforgettable sunrise over Pangong Lake. Drive back to Leh via Chang La Pass (17,590 ft). En-route visit Hemis Monastery and Thiksey Monastery. Evening free for shopping in Leh bazaar. Overnight stay in Leh.
Day 6: DEPARTURE FROM LEH AIRPORT
After breakfast, check out from hotel and drop off at Leh Airport for your return flight with mountain memories.
